Am-ban affirming that the rJe-drung Ho thog-thu's application was sent to the Emperor. The Ho thog-thu sent the Dza-sag to the Am-ban place to present a letter claiming that the areas “Yang-pa can” and “lCang-lo can” belonged previously to the personal estates of rJe-drung Ho thog-thu, but, after his death were confiscated by the De-mo Ho thog-thu and No-min han. Therefore rJe-drung Ho thog-thu asked the Emperor through the Am-ban that they should be returned to him. The document contains letters of Chi'i am-ban and dKrung am-ban dated (rda'o kong khri-bzhugs nyer-bzhi X 11), and are translated into Tibetan by drung bKras-rnam and don-dbang; also another letter of Cha'i am-ban and Zhu'i am-ban dated (rda'o-kong khri-bzhugs nyer-lnga II 7), translated into Tibetan by drung dngos-rdor. TAL: writes 844 below the date of Chinese Emperor?. See document 012 2-1/#/87/5/4. |
