Proverbs "Bya spu-non". Bird feathers growing orderly one upon the other. Often used in a decree symbolising that low officials continuously support the high officials prescriptions. In other cases it means to abide to the hierarchy, for example seating arrangements according to ranks. "Nyin-mo mi dang mtshan-mo khyi lta-bu'i bya-ra byed". Being on guard like men during the day and dogs during the night. Being always protective.
Date of issue n.d.,
Further comments Letter is written in terribly bad spellings, even the writer did misspell his monastery name. The spelling of guidence name "grags" seemed to be wrong, but suprisingly same spelling is used on the seal of guidence.
